Released on September 27, 2006, by Avex Mode, the album consists of songs featured in Acts 15 through 21 of Initial D Fourth Stage. It is the last D Selection album for Fourth Stage, with songs from after Act 21 were later released on Super Eurobeat Presents Initial D Fourth Stage Supereuro-Best.
