The battle between Takeshi Nakazato and Seiji Iwaki is the fourteenth battle of Initial D.
Prior to the Battle[]
The race was decided as an uphill battle. As both cars launch, Shingo for once supports Nakazato.
During the Battle[]
With Nakazato under pressure, Seiji passes him with minimal effort. Nakazato later smashes his front bumper when he tried to make a move closer to the finish.

After the Battle[]
Takeshi hands Seiji a NightKids sticker and placed it on his spoiler. He boasts that Team Emperor will conquer all of Gunma within a month and told them to stay out of their way if ever they see them.
