The Todo School (東堂塾 Tōdō Juku) is a racing school run by a performance shop owner/ex-rally driver named Todo. They are highly skilled, with many of their graduates going semi-pro/professional. Interestingly, they prefer FWD cars, particularly Hondas, using the Civic Type R as their best "demonstration" car. Based in Yaita, Tochigi, their home courses are the Enna Skyline and Happogahara. Graduates of the school are referred to as "Old Boys", or OB for short. Kyoichi Sudo, leader of Emperor, is also a graduate of the school.
The Todo School exclusively use parts from Spoon Sports to modify their cars, they also appear to be using Yokohama-Advan tires as seen by the stickers in the team cars.

- Despite the school being Tochigi based, the school's garage is modelled after a shop owned by Active Racing Sports in Kawajima, Saitama.[1]
- Though Kyoichi Sudo was a graduate of the Todo School, he doesn't drive a Honda.
